I frequently open several tabs with a mixture of video and text content - most of them from news web sites. I don't want to run the video in most cases, but they all seem to want to turnn Autoplay ON, when I want it OFF by default. Getting multiple sound channels all going at once doesn't sound good either! I've tried Flashblock, which works on some pages, but I just opened an ESPN page and an embedded video started playing while I was reading text. I even had to search the item to find the offending video,
