On Michigan Lottery website, cannot open Queen of Diamonds game, yet all others open. They want me to change my browser to Google Chrome.

I have repeatedly tried to resolve issue on Michigan Lottery website where I cannot open one of the games (Queen of Diamonds). I have cleared cookies, history, upgraded Firefox, Java, and Acrobat reader. Nothing works. They want me to change my browser to Google Chrome which I do not want to do.
