I don't know my username and password and need to update my e-mail address. Do I just start a new account?
I moved out of state and want to add my lap top to the account. I don't know why I didn't record the info. I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance, Nancy

The username and password details for such an account would not be kept on this separate support.mozilla.org site.

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
