This is the main download page for the Shockwave for Director plugin:

Do you really need the Shockwave for Director plugin as this plugin is hardly used these days?

If you are never using this plugin then you can uninstall this application via the Windows Control Panel.

Shockwave (for director) player is currently at version 12.2.1.171

November 13, 2015: Shockwave for Director 12.2.0.162 and earlier, Windows (click-to-play) November 13, 2015: Shockwave for Director 12.2.0.162 and earlier, Mac OS X (click-to-play)

You appear to have 12.1.9.160 which was old as of September 8, 2015

As said do you really need it? as it is not needed for the Flash Player to work. But then you must have been using it to get the block message due to using a old version.
