I originally enabled it but soon found it to be a real pain. I thought I diabled it but it keeps popping up in the lower right corner. I can't seem to close it

Thank you for sharing your Firefox configuration (it's under Question Details > More System Details to the right of your post).

I see an extension named "Self-Destructing Cookies". You can disable or remove the extension, or see whether you can modify its settings, on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions, and then look for that one on the right side.

Does that help?
