Hi all,

This annoying website thinks it knows better and forbids users from saving user/password. https://webmail.legalmail.infocert.it/webmail/Login#

I have tried the tips here, but unfortunately they do not work on this particular website.

http://kb.mozillazine.org/User_name_and_password_not_remembered

Is there any way to force this website to save user/pass in Firefox?

Thanks

This is not an easy request. Here is an example where a work around/hack was provided:

You can use the Saved Password Editor to create an entry in the Password Manager.

Firefox probably won't fill the name and password, but at least you can look in the Password Manager if you do not remember the password.

It was me who provided the workaround LOL I can not use that workaround in this case because I would like to save this password encrypted in password manager...

strange that no one seems to be bothered to fix this weakness in password saving of Firefox...

You can use the Saved Password Editor I mentioned above to save the name and password in cases where Firefox doesn't recognize the input form or input fields and offers to store the credentials.
