Its malware. There's a guide for getting rid of it: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/homepage-web-com-removal/ I don't know if it'll work or not, because I can't test it from my end, but its a good place to start.

Refreshing Firefox too may or may not help, but doing so wouldn't cause you more problems than you already have.
