submission of pending crash reports
hi all
Pretty straight forward (I hope):
Currently using Firefox 31.0 on windows 7 64 bit home premium.
Just realised that I've got about 20 sets of pending crash reports (.dmp and .extra) located here:
...AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\pending
Date-range is Feb to Aug 2014, so presumably applies to approx firefox versions 29-31.
Is there a way to force / request submission of these reports?
I have no particular desire to delete them - they don't take up much HD space.
However, there's no point in keeping them if I can't trigger a submission process.
Also, I would like to contribute to bug-resolution by proving the reports.
Btw, I think they are probably mostly Flash related.
This is not just a whinge. The Flash plugin seems to fall over quite frequently (for me anyway) - certainly appears the only one I can rely on to misbehave! I checked the top plugin crash submissions too for the last 28 days on mozilla's crash-stats (filtering on FF 31 and windows)... and... the top 3 entries, which account for 55% of all plugin crashes, appear all to be flash related lol (gJ adobe) ;)
Anyway, if anyone can tell me how to submit these pending reports, I'd be grateful.
Regards,
Gary
PS I noticed, when providing FF's troubleshooting info for this post, that I got a crash report submission (automatically) about 15 mins ago... and one pair of files has disappeared from my Pending folder.
Do I just have to be patient then? I use FF a lot, so don't really understand what circumstances trigger the report submission (i.e. it's not a question of just having FF open / active).
Thanks again for any assistance rendered.

You can check the about:crashes page for reports that haven't been send and left-click them to submit those reports to the crash server. That should add a bp- prefix to that report to indicate that they have been submitted.

Hi Gary, First, thank you for submitting the crashes. And if you run into this again, on the about:support page you can click "submit crashes Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) "
Copying and pasting the crash reports with bp in front of them will allow troubleshooters in the thread to take a look. Or pasting the bp-xxxxx.... in this search https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/home/.../Firefox will show you the report. It may also show a bug in the bug section if it is currently being worked on.

Hi guigs2
Thanks very much for the reply.
Unfortunately I saw Cor-el's answer first and found his/her solution to work.
I also was so keen :) that I used up all my pending reports, which is presumably why I couldn't see any "submit crashes" option / button, etc, on the about:support page.
Anyway, appreciate the response.
Regards,
Gary
Hi Cor-el
Ahhh the legend!
Your answer worked perfectly.
Thanks,
Gary
