On Monday September 25th from 10PM EDT - 12AM EDT (2AM UTC - 4AM UTC on September 26th), we will be performing system maintenance on the Firefox Accounts databases for two hours. During the maintenance window, there will be brief periods of a few minutes where users will not be able to login to their accounts. Please try again at a later time.

I like this feature in windows. However we are running Windows 7 and have a legacy app which doesn't like this feature. If a user has 4 tabs open and makes an update it will update the person on tab ones details. I need to turn this feature off. I am prepared to use an older version of Firefox and confine it to this app, which is the organization's main tool? and perhaps user another browser for the occasional Web use. is this possible

Hi aidey.nicholson, I believe it is. Fortunately, this can easily be resolved if you desire the keep tabs hidden. You can install "Hide tab bar with one tab", an extension hosted on Mozilla's add-ons site, which will restore the ability to hide the tab bar.

Thank you and I hope this helps!
