Many websites that I use regularly, such as Zillow, no longer work correctly in Firefox ESR (115.33.0). The top menu in Zillow disappeared this week. Others work, but all the text is greyed-out. All except the text thing seem related to Javascript features. For instance, check boxes on a Wordpress site that I manage quit working last month. Some, like www.RCgroups.com just sit and spin, and never fully open up.

But they all work fine on an old copy of Chrome (109.0.5414.120), that is no longer supported on Windows 7 and hasn't been updated in probably 3 years.

My only plugin is NoScript, but the problem is the same whether it's turned off or not. And I also use NoScript on Chrome.

I use Win7 for the same reason I use Firefox -- it is safer, far more stable, faster, and it doesn't force updates on me that invariably break things. I appreciate that Mozilla has extended support for the last stable version of Windows. But somebody should look into this growing compatibility issue.

i noticed every websites that i visited or some links just suggested are appeared in my firefox homepage i selected only shortcuts in setting which i expect to see only shortcuts that i added manually but its just more shortcuts pop up each time i open the new window on my home page this is really annoying and , its not necessary at all , i dismissed them manually but they just pop up again please can you report this issue to be fixed on next release ?

Watching a CNN video on YouTube Firefox suddenly freezes and does not accept any further actions. Even shutting down it will block the process and I need to use the "Shut down anyway" function. Similarly, Thunderbird will lock up in the middle of writing a response, but here it is just the window and I lose what I typed, but I can go back and push "reply" again and retype the answer. Whether these are down to similar issues I don't know. Obviously, this sounds like a graphics driver, so I made sure all updates are installed and there is no further update available for both, Firefox and Thunderbird as well as the system drivers. I would like to make a new account with an email account I control. Currently, the secondary email address can receive 2FA codes and such, but is there some way to transfer all of the history I have with the account to a new one? I cannot make the secondary email address the new one because my university email is now unable to receive emails such as 2FA codes.

On a certain bank site when making payments you go through the process setting them up and then when you go to confirm payment the banks screen goes grey. I use the same format for other banks. help please.

When I start MF, all tabs I have used before open. Good! But one of these tabs are not in use. That it why I want to close it for ever.

The option to delete it for ever is not available.

My computer automatically restarted, and when I reopened Firefox it was updated and my account was logged out. Once I logged in, everything was gone -- bookmarks, history, extensions. The only thing not gone were my saved passwords (so I know I logged back into my same account). I swear I backed everything up after the last snafu, but now I can't find anything. How do I fix this? I had 4+ years of bookmarks saved, plus my article saver extension.

Since the last update (V. 148.0 ) the translation button in the search bar has gone. I have checked settings there is nothing and there is no translation option in thew hamburger menu. What have you done !!!

I'm trying to stream a show in the firefox browser and I am getting error saying the HLS is not up to date. I've checked my firefox is at the latest update, is this something you need to update on your end?

My password manager up until very recently let me sign into Rogers, the largest internet & webmail provider in Canada. Now the page does not fully come up, allowing one to sign in. Refreshing, rebooting & clearing cache helps not at all. It does work fine in edge however. It's an issue on your end.

Facing these issues on video/educational platforms other than YouTube. I am not facing either of these issues on other browsers like Microsoft Edge, on the same network. Please let me peacefully watch my educational videos, else I'll have to switch to other browsers and encourage others to do the same. I have a lot of respect for your open-source community-based browser, but such errors are causing intolerable pain. PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP.

After the last update, I lost the toolbar bookmarks and passwords. After some time I was able to figure out how to sync them from my mobile. When I closed FF on my desktop, I lost the sync. Now I get an error when I try to sync. Your last update (using flawed AI, I presume) sucks and has rendered the browser I have used for years. I used your "help" page to recover once, but as soon as I closed the browser, it reverted to no bookmarks, no passwords. I don't want to use MS browsers because FF has served very well for years. Sorry but WTF are you thinking?

In the last few weeks, i cannot read my iCloud emails. It says things like"message cannot be downloaded now" or "cannot move to trash now", so the only way I can consistently read my emails, is to switch to my Google browser, which has absolutely no problem with the iCloud emails Why would this be happening?

I've followed all recommendations to fix that, but nothing works. Should I remove the browser, boot up, and download it again? Remove all my personal settings, etc? Also, I download my emails, I erase the unwanted emails, and suddenly, many copies of my previously erased emails show up after I get a new email. This happens with Gmail and Yahoo Mail. Please help me, this is driving me crazy and taking up my time. Gratefully, have a swell day! Isis
