I get the message "Oops. Your browser is no longer support..." from tubitv.com and the error message "We are having troubling playing Netfix. Please make sure you are using the latest....Error Code: F7701-1003" from NetFlix.

Is this an issue with Firefox?

It seems to work fine with Edge. I have not tried with any other browsers.

I have found that after a short time Firefox stops displaying images in Facebook and only shows a description of what it thinks the image is. I have Firefox version 95.0.2 (64-bit) with Windows 10 with the latest updates installed. I have a Dell laptop with an i7 cpu and 63 GB of RAM. This does not occur with other browsers. Reloading the page does not fix it, only a complete shutdown and startup of Firefox.

Can't connect with the just downloaded version 66.0.4 to virtually any site - not to Google, not to NYT, not even to Mozilla - Firefox won't accept ANY certificate! The explanation is as follows: Someone could be trying to impersonate the site and you should not continue. Web sites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust www.nytimes.com because its certificate issuer is unknown, the certificate is self-signed, or the server is not sending the correct intermediate certificates. No problems whatever with other browsers. I'm sending this with Safari.

If I view sites in any other browser I can view signup forms, Facebook/social media widgets on sites, etc. But they are not there when using Firefox. I do clear cache at all levels.

not able to sign in on my account or track packages on FEDEX website. I talked with FEDEX and they say to try another browser and when I do the site works. I have tried taking off enhanced tracking and restarting in safe mode I cleared cookies and all. Is there a fix for this?

My images look all glitched out and scrambled. It wasn't like this before, and I don't remember if I changed anything in my about:config.

I have had a few websites not work properly with Firefox and have needed to open my backup browser (Avast Secure Browser) to use those websites.

Right now it is FedEx that comes to mind again as I kept checking for tracking of packages shipped to me since receiving the tracking info. I queries consistently returned the error message "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later."

Thinking maybe the website was having issues or maintenance (and forgetting I had the same issue with FedEx website the last time I tried tracking there in Firefox), I kept "trying again later".

Then I opened my Avast browser and pasted the same url there and, sure enough, received this report on the display:

I have tried disabling the extension NoScript as well as turning off the "Enhanced tracking protection" and allowing permissions for the FedEx site with no improvement.

I copied and pasted the RAW data as well as the text version from the "about:support" page to send you.

Any suggestions to fix this?

This is a site that I visit a half a dozen times a week, and have been for years.....

I am working on a project that entails saving various news stories. Since your last upgrade to 97.0.1 I have no problem with all other newspapers except for Washington Post. FF will not save them, so I am forced to click on the "progress of ongoing download" down pointing arrow and click again on the circular arrow to actually save the web page. This involves a loss of time doing a task that I should not be forced to perform. See the graphic image below to see what I'm talking about. Once I click on that circular arrow the web page will be saved as it should have to begin with. Since I normally save 30 to 40 Washington Post files every day, this adds up to a useless waste of my time. I'd appreciate it if you would look into this matter and issue a correction update so I can save Washington Post web pages without all the double stroking. Thank you.

Since update get PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR error on gmail; facebook.shopmy exchange; Amazon does not open right. I have tried resetting privacy setting; refresh; and nothing has worked

Ever since yesterdays (3/8/22) update I am having trouble with our wordpress page builder function. it works fine in Chrome browser, but not in firefox. can you tell me if there is a setting in the browser to update.

I got a notification that Yandex is no longer supported and my default search engine was changed to Google?

Why does Firefox care of which search engine I use? Why I can't use Yandex? I tried to add it again but it requires to install an addon for search engines and there's no addon for Yandex search.

What can I do to prevent websites from logging me out "due to inactivity" and "for your safety" (lol)? This happens with many of my financial (banking/brokerage) sites, for instance, or some tax return sites.

I went them to be like my email accounts (e.g. gmail, yahoo mail). You can have a tab open for Gmail and another tab open for yahoo mail, and even if you don't click or type a single character in hours, they will not log me out.

Is there some way to trick these patronizing "We'll log you out for your good" websites from logging me off?

Gmail has not been opening / responding on my desktop browser for a few days now. I cleared my cookies and cache, re-downloaded the desktop app, keep checking my privacy settings and still gmail does not respond to any commands. What should I do next?

Firefox 98.0.1 will not load some web pages that other browsers will. I get a message about Network Protocol Error with the option to "Try Again" which hasn't worked. I've tried many of the fixes suggested here but nothing changes. If I copy the link Firefox won't open and paste it in Brave or Opera the link loads fine. I don't want to quit Firefox but I can't spend time every day trying to fix it either.

When visiting sites such as the Russian Wikipedia, characters that are in the Cyrillic Times New Roman font display as blocks (shown in image). Safari does not have this problem.
