I just had a firefox tab with a pop up asking me to try ai features... my options were "yes" or "maybe later". How do I stop the slop sales? I want ZERO pop ups... from Mozilla or anyone else! I didnt see settings that would disable mozilla sales pop ups - is there some way to turn these off permanently? I have already turned off the ai features. Really appreciate any suggestions!

Hi! I had a firefox account when I worked for the law firm McCormick Barstow a few years ago. I haven't worked there for a few years. I just set up firefox on my personal computer, but am having problems changing my primary email from my work email (gina.axsom@mccormickbarstow.com) to my personal email (gaxsom@gmail.com). Last week I went to my Firefox browser, my main browser for years, only to find the background is a disturbing pink and all my bookmarks are gone. What happened to change my data and page...did I do something to choose a new format?

Just the last couple of days I can no longer browse through the images of an ebay item. the first image loads but the arrows or the thumbnails yield no movement, and I can't use the contact seller button either. No other website is effected, I am using the latest Firefox with Ventura on an imac. It all works if I use Duck duck and go? All very strange. Tim

My bookmarks suddenly disappeared. I tried to use the troubleshooting guide for "My Bookmarks have Disappeared" bold textbut when I click on <Manage Bookmarks> step nothing happens. Also, when I click on the star to make a bookmark, nothing happens.

I'm trying to use Booking.com to pay online for a holiday and Firefox keeps crashing as soon as I press confirm payment. Have tried several times using 2 different cards. What can I do?

I have been using Firefox with the Apple for over 10 years, suddenly Protonmail isn't working in Firefox........it works in Google and the Safari Browser on this Apple....... but the latest version of Firefox isn't working.....also unable to Copy & Paste on Firefox I think it might have something to do with the Bridge for Apple computer/Safari. I don't Know.

firefox on mac seems entirely broken.

in about:profiles I see 1 profile (with custom name). after restart the profile is still there, but all settings lost( Passwords, links, addons )

the same as happened before: I restarted the computer for update. than there were multiple profiles in about data. i got cunfused an in the end i deleted firefox entirely and reinstalled.

You started pushing a widget a while back that shows the days I've been on Yahoo, concurrent and otherwise. This thing is annoying and I want it gone. I don't care how much I've used Yahoo on my devices and You already know via tracking cookies.

Make it go away or tell me how to get rid of it - PLEASE.

'I am running fiefox version 147.0.3 in MacOS version 26.2. Every second time I start the program firefox tries to take 15GB of memory. The process does not respond (as this is equivalent to more than the memory available plus the swap space). I have to kill the process and the second time the program has standar memory needs. How can I help developers?

Using Firevox 142.0.1 on a MacBook Air. I always have "Always ask you where to save files" checked in Preferences, but lately it sometimes fails to ask me. For example, if I try to download a file from Google Drive. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there something I can do about it?

Looking at my Firefox 147.0.1 settings for macOS 26.2 (Apple M1), I'm trying to adjust two settings:

-- I'd like to remove Languages -> English (GB) (its existence has odd side effects, like triggering United Airlines to offer fares in Pounds Sterling, and I'd prefer to just have English (US))

-- I'd like to disable Play Audio and Video for about:welcome (in regular and private windows)

I can see no way to accomplish this currently -- why?

I have the latest version of Firefox. I still keep getting the prompts to download the latest version. When I go to system info, it shows I have the latest version it is asking me to download. When I do a manual search for the latest version, it always says it failed to search for the latest download.
