Hi I use Firefox for years (decades probably). How on earth is it possible that after an upgrade (to 151), I had to manipulate about:config in order to allow unsigned extensions to keep working? Of course, I am not dealing with DIY extensions, but with small and unknown extensions as AdBlocker or uBlock origin... It doesn't seem I am the only one... Any explanation will be warmly accepted...

How to delete the word finder toolbar at the bottom of the browser?

I tried to change the wallpaper but instead found different color settings for the browser. I selected one, but nothing changed, except now I have this word finder toolbar so anytime I type something it pops up and I have to reset focus every time from it back to my computer page. This basically makes my computer unusable.

I have a few extensions in Firefox but if I click on the extensions button in the toolbar it now takes me to a Personalize Firefox page where, if I click on Extensions, it only gives me the option of turning them off or on and not to activate or access them. For instance, one extension is Volume Booster which cannot be adjusted on this page. How can I get back to being able to actually using these add-ons?

Windows club downloads to speed up firefox browser: Firemin, Firefox Booster,Speedyfox and Firefox Preloader. Are these offered through firefox settings? Are they safe to use with my Firefox browser?

After realizing what was being done to my PC, I unplugged it to stop the hacker. And I have since been able to recover my program, except for my ad blocker. When tab session manager (TSM) saves multiple windows, each with dozens of tabs, into a single imaging session file, TSM also creates and displays a list of those saved sessions. TSM now does not open any of multiple saved windows when any one of the backup listings is selected.. At one time, it did. Instead, TSM opens a single window and its tabs, on request, but opens it into the current window, only, When a new window is msnually created into which to drop the tabs, TSM simply refuses the new window, and replaces verything with a new window for its own tab collection..

I want to be able to select the ai program I would like to use when researching (anything), like I have with Claude, but I don't know how to download the programs and have on the side bar like I have claude. Please help. Also, I can't download Deepseek.

Just in the last week, possibly since a software update, when I click on a link I am diverted to a new website that I did not want to see. The link I clicked also opens, but I have to close the unwanted tab and navigate back to the one I wanted. How can I stop this from happening?

I guess i may have downloaded something not good. Because I keep having to redo the time on my laptop. Then I see under the plugins a warning that it wasn't supported. Like it's not to be trusted. I can't find it now. But I been having to go in and change my time zone every log in just about. Arghhhhh. Help Wizard!
