Agoda and matrix.itasoftware.com are broken in Aurora

I'm using Aurora and these two problems must have developed end of June or beginning of July.

matrix.itasoftware.com is an airfare search engine. After starting a search by filling the form a number of flight combinations are shown. Because the flight combinations of outbound and inbound flight can be overwhelming it is possible to click on 'individual flights' to be shown on the outbound flights first, select one and on the following page select a suitable other one.

Recently it started that after selecting the first flights the second page (and for multi city searches all following pages) are skipped and flights, possibly the first choice in the list, are selected and the final page is shown with the whole itinerary.

The second page is actually loaded and displayed, but it is a dynamic page and shows the 'busy circle' that shows until the flights are loaded into the table. But the flights never come up and the process moves on with flights selected for me.

The search engine seems to be heavy on javascript and I guess some recent changes in Aurora are causing this. I have verified this on an empty firefox profile without any extensions and Aurora still fails while Firefox Beta (14) works fine.

I also found that searching hotel rooms on agoda fails. Agoda says 'Sorry, we were unable to service your request.' and claims a '500 Internal Server Error'. Verified as above, and again Firefox 14 (beta) works just fine. I had Aurora and Firefox 14 run in parallel. One fails the other works.
