when i do mprint preview it is showing me the preview in 8 pages instead of one what happened?
when i want to print from either my email account or anywhere else, the preview is splitting the print of one page of information into numerous pages and not printing in a normal manner

Hi avrumindeutsch,
Have you looked at the Knowledge Base article Fix printing problems in Firefox? There is some good troubleshooting information in there. I would suggest that you try resetting your print settings.

I'm afraid I didn't understand your last post. Where you asking which print settings to reset? If so, reset the ones in Firefox. The article that I linked you to will show you how.
