I just purchased a Vostro 3350 and am adjusting to the new wide screen format. Does anyone know how to enlarge the header tabs they seem quite small ... File, Edit, View etc.

I would also like to get the screen view as tall as possible by consolidating some of the tool bar functions ... any ideas?

View > Toolbars = un-check Menu Bar to hide it and have the Firefox button appear

That will give you one less toolbar, and when Firefox is maximized the Firefox button and Tabs will eliminate the Title Bar, giving you more vertical space - as long as you are using the Tabs on Top toolbar option.

This extension will give you Tabs in the Titlebar when the browser window is less than Maximized.

I can't get used to the wide screen monitors, and with my 20" desktop monitor I run Firefox narrower that the full screen. I can't do that though with my "widescreen" 9" netbook screen. Your 13" screen may be too small for that, too.
