I am trying to use Firefox/Safari on my iPhone to access a website that requires camera and microphone access. When I reach the permission prompt, the browser gets stuck or does not allow me to continue even after granting permissions. I already checked settings and allowed camera and microphone, but the issue persists. The page shows a message related to “official browser support” and freezes on the permission screen.

If the website doesn't work in both Firefox and Safari, it's most likely an issue on the website's side. Is there any browser (iOS or not) where this website works at all?
When a site blocks access and insists on upgrading or changing browsers, please file a compatibility report: How do I report a broken site in Firefox desktop? — with the site details so somebody could look into the issue. Thanks.
