Hi there, I'm on the 149 download from Firefox, but I didn't get the prompt to switch on the build in VPN. Is it not rolled out in Australia yet? Hope to hear from you. Warm regards, Nicola

This "VPN in Firefox" feature is experimental and is being introduced to the Firefox user base through a progressive rollout starting in Fx 149.0. It may not yet be available to all users.

Users will have 50 gigabytes of data monthly in the U.S., France, Germany and U.K. to start. Available in Firefox 149 starting March 24.

To use VPN, you need to sign in with a Mozilla account. If you’re eligible, you’ll see a prompt in the Firefox toolbar inviting you to set up the feature.

Thank you James. I guess I have to wait until it is rolled out in Australia.

In mid-June we plan to launch this service in Australia.

Which is when Firefox 152.0 will be released.

The built-in VPN was rolled out in Canada as of Firefox 150.0 https://www.firefox.com//firefox/150.0/releasenotes/
