Cannot access websites because I'm using Firefox.
I have 6 websites that I currently cannot sign into using Firefox. Support tells me to use those two crap browsers Chrome and Edge. I end up using Edge because it is embedded in my computer and I cannot delete. I will not install Chrome and have put on Avast Secure Browser and CClean browser. Both are just Chrome with a new gooey. My Father is also having the same trouble. Most of the sites are for Utilities and rewards programs. Avast is also blocked. Are you aware and working on getting this fixed?

If you press Alt-H a menu drops down with Troubleshoot Mode on it.
Clearing the cache won't log you out of sites or anything; clearing cookies would do that.
For an ad blocker I recommend μBlock Origin, not μBlock.
I have the exact same problem as you with my British electricity supplier.

6 sites that you have not shown any evidence of the issue(s). Can we get screenshots and links to see if we have the same issue?

Sorry, I should have put them in the original message. I enter my information and nothing happens. Sites like Subway won't even get that far. OUTSTANDING! It would be nice if we could see what happens when you try these sites. All the sites work for me. What security software are your running?
Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search
Did you clear your browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox
I can get to the sites and put in my information, then it either just refreshes to page or the dots or arrow just spin and nothing happens. I was using the add-on Ublock and put everything in it. No difference except for Subway, I got into one of the two accounts I have. I have removed Ublock as it has been more trouble than it was worth. It did seem to get rid of the ads. The only way I can figure out how to let you see what happens is give you the sign-on information. Not a good idea and I cannot get into the site to change it after. I'm not a technical person anymore so I have not used the Troubleshoot Mode. I don't even know where that is. I do not delete my cache as it is annoying having to enter the information all the time. To do that, I have to do is run CCleaner without telling it to do the special clean. I did use Private Window with no effect.

Thank you for your response. I tried it and it did work. I think I did have μBlock Origin but I'm lazy and just assumed everyone would know what I ment. I will now sit with my 87 year old Father to try to fix his.
I did re-install μBlock Origin as it does work, once you have listed all the exempt sites.

Hi The Pillenwerfer, Firefox is not saving the information it fixes when you use the Troubleshoot mode. I have to use it every time I want to sign into the site. I deleted the cookies and that made the problem worse because now I have to put the sign in ID as well. I have also gone into the settings and said "Allow" for two sites. No difference.
Am I missing something I should also be doing?
This is really a problem that needs to be addressed by Mozilla. I wish they would as they are wasting my valuable time.
