Youtube Stalls out in Win 10 and Win 7
1) Youtube stalls out. Seems to be preventing or blocking the front ad from running, ... but wait long enough, Youtube video will play. This happens on all my computers, Win 7 and Win 10. Problem been going on the last 30 days.
2) In Win 10, Firefox browser never shuts down when I close it. Must go into Task Manager & do a "End Process" to kill it. I do make sure Microsoft Edge Browser is Disable. It wants to run all the time too. Thanks for your efforts. Been using Firefox since 2002. :)

Make sure if you have DNS over HTTPS in Standard mode. If you have it, enter about:config in the address bar and switch network.http.http3.enable to false to test if it helps.
