Hi, is this problem on your email service's webmail page that you are signing into in Firefox? Or is this a problem with the Thunderbird email program not connecting to send/receive email?

(I don't think a Mozilla recovery key will help you with your email account. That would just be for your Mozilla Account that you use for Sync and certain Mozilla services.)
