Firefox has been unresponsive & sluggish this past week and has closed or crashed suddenly. How do I fix this as it's getting on my teats.

You may want to clear your Cache & History more often. This may help.
I clear the History almost every night and the Cache every week.
The problem started after the latest version of Firefox was installed.
