Hi. Hope someone can assist. I'm helping a friend of mine with a ThunderBird issue. Recently, Thunderbird was incredibly slow in downloading new messages - talking about hours and not minutes for small message file sizes. So. As a test, I opened Outlook and found that much better and acting normally. As my friend is used to using Thunderbird (102.5.1) he prefers this to Outlook but on starting up this morning, all seemed normal apart from no messages being in his sent folder whereas there should be many. I see that some users have reported issues with missing messages previously but could this issue be due to Outlook being used as a parallel resource for my friend's emails? I'm confused as to what to do here and where the issue and solution might lie. Hope someone can assist. Thank you.
