Scrolling after version 107 is choppy
After updating firefox from version 106 to 107 scrolling and site animations is choppy. 107.0.1 didn't fix the problem.
Device info: OS: Win7 CPU: i5-460M D. GPU: ati mobility radeon HD5650

Do you still have smooth scrolling enabled? Settings > General > Browsing : Use smooth scrolling.

Its have been enabled. I noticed that everything appears laggy, browser menu buttons are highlighted with a delay when moving cursor on it. Before 107 update everything was working great and smooth.

Not anime site. I mean animation of elements on the site. About video playback, this now is choppy/laggy too.
Examples URL of the problem site is needed if others reading are to verify the issue or replicate the errors.
Try troubleshoot mode (or a new profile).
