I apologize for the delay. The problem still appears in "troubleshoot" mode. There is no error message other than "Problem loading page / Unable to connect / Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at www.minresco.com." No further explanation is given. How do I find the list of any sites that may be blocked? Thanks, Kurt
