Trying to sync new laptop, but cant log in on new laptop as the password shows incorrect. Ive double checked username and password million times. Tried to reset my password on old laptop but get error that the old password is incorrect. It also shows a date the old password was created which is not correct.

Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
