Firefox crashes
Hello. I recently noticed a crash on Mozilla Firefox, and then it never opened again. Every time i try to open it, a message (Mozilla Crash Reporter) pops up, and although i press restart Mozilla, the message just pops up again. I tried the following things : a) i deleted the Mozilla and installed it again b) i did all the hardware updates possible c) i run scans for viruses with Malware bytes, Zone alarm, Kaspersky, RegCure pro but nothing was found d) i tried to run Mozilla in safe mode but i didn't open and e) i disabled the hardware accelaration when tried to run mozilla but it didn't also work...
Any ideas?

We're sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to be crashing when you open it. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.
- On the keyboard, press [Windows] The image "Windows key" does not exist. + [R]. This should bring up a Run window that contains a text field.
- In that text field, type %APPDATA% and press Enter. An explorer window should open.
- From that explorer window, double-click on the Mozilla folder, then double-click on Firefox and then on Crash reports. Double-click on submitted.
- Now, you should see a list of files that contain reports. Go to View > Arrange Icons by > Modified to get the most recent files at the top of the window.
- Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
- Paste each ID with bp- into the reply window on the forums.
Thanks in advance!

hi, this is caused by malware that is active on your system! please try to start your computer into safemode (with networking enabled) like described in http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7
please look if you can find a folder called C:\ProgramData\PolicyMac on your harddrive - if so delete it! otherwise run a search for two files named 24ftpylt.dll & qadqoom5.dll and delete them. maybe try to run another scan with some anti-malware tools while you're in safemode as well...
Note that the modules list shows a qadqoom5.dll file with the same version information (1.0.0.24566).
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
