Am i the only one that finds these instructions totally hopeless when syncing my desktop to phone?.. So i tap on the 3 dots / Menu in Firefox on mobile, but after that there is NO Sync & Save Data to tap on anywhere in Firefox mobile after hitting the menu dots??.. and i mean ANYWHERE in the menu, or settings or account (of course there is the ususl Syncronise Now option in the account.

So just where is this Sync & Save Data i would lobe to know, nevermind how am i supposed to pair my devices when theres no clear way to access this and the associated QR code?

Totally frustrating, I've never understood these instructions with no outcome possible.

Hi, I know this is a long shot but I'm wondering if it's possible to sync downloads across Firefox devices. I lost my phone recently and I had a LOT of downloads on it that I couldn't backup to the cloud. Is it possible to somehow make those available through another device, like my laptop that has Firefox?

Tried looking through the topics but didn't find an answer

What's the point of having to sign in and make an account if everything going to disappear just because I deleted the app and then reinstall it?

Hello, hope you're doing well So I deleted the app by accident, downloaded again , tried to sign in but I forgot the password so I reset it and signed in normally, however there's no bookmarks, no past history tabs, and most importantly no passwords, everything is gone, tried syncing multiple times but it didn't work.

I wrote down my recovery key and hit the download button, and my screen went to a blank page, with aboutblank as a header, and wouldn't go any further. I hit my back key and it took me to my Firefox search page. I still need to finish setting up my recovery key info, etc... how do I get back into finish setting up?

I recently encountered an issue where Firefox stopped working properly, so I uninstalled and then reinstalled the browser. After reinstalling, I logged back into my Firefox account, but none of my data (such as bookmarks, saved passwords, history, etc.) has been restored.

It seems like my account is behaving like a brand new one

It seems like my account isn't syncing properly. Could you please help me recover my previous data?
