I have been an avid user of the Firefox browser on my PC for over a decade but a few days ago, when I tried to access a website on my Firefox browser, it would not connect me to the website. I have many tabs open in my browser and when I try to access any of the tabs, I get the same problem. There's a dot that moves endlessly back and forward in the tab while the screen remains blank. In the heading next to the website address it says "not secure", but it is saying this for all the websites that I was previously able to access and any new website that I enter. How can I fix this to access websites? I have tried restarting my computer but that has not fixed it.

In Chrome, I can search a full PDF whether I view it within an email, or as a PDF opened in the browser.

In Firefox, I can only do the latter - I can search the full PDF if the PDF is open in its own tab after being downloaded, but I cannot search the full PDF in the Outlook preview.

I do this every day for work, so this is a bit of a deal breaker if I'm unable to find a workaround. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get around this?

Hello! Appreciate the help I could get. It is rather hard to type when the letters are disappearing as I type it out. I will provide screenshots of my issues and hopefully someone could help me out. I just downloaded the browser and have no idea how to fix the issues. The tabs are constantly flickering in different colors. The letter are disappearing or merging together or sometimes written in bold, crossed out, or underlined. It is making it rather hard to use the browser haha, but let me know what else I can provide to help out identify the issue. THANKS!

I recently re-installed FireFox after I suddenly had problems that the profile folder could not be accessed. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it using the download from Mozilla website. This fixed the profile issue. I am using the latest version. Now, I find that most of the time, cnn.com won't load: I see messages on the bottom left corner that it is connecting to all sorts of web sites, in particular it tends to get stuck on "Sending request to signal-metrics-collector-beta.s-onetag.com" . I don't know if it eventually loads, I give up after about 1 minute. In Chrome, cnn.com loads instantly. In Firefox, BBC.com loads instantly. Microsoft.com loads instantly. I have installed the same extensions as before. I started FireFox with all of them turned off, no difference. As I mentioned, it does not load MOST of the time - once in a while it loads instantly, but later on the problem reoccurs. >What is wrong with FireFox and why won't it load CNN as quickly as before? I am using Firefox on Windows 11, I have Malwarebyes installed. Thanks, Adriaan

Every time I access the web I get a report from Norton saying "Threat secured". It attaches every single website that I open. See attachment for some exmaples (only variabole part of message shown apart from first one).This is occuring 50+ times a day but does not occur using Edge, so it appears to be related to Firefox. I recently encountered a problem while using the ChatGPT platform (https://chat.openai.com) in Firefox. The issue was that I was unable to type anything into the input box ("Ask anything" field). The box would not respond to clicks or keystrokes, effectively preventing any interaction.

After switching to a different browser (e.g., Chrome), the problem disappeared, so it appears to be specific to Firefox.

Kindly look into this compatibility issue. I’m using the latest version of Firefox on [insert your operating system, e.g., Windows 10].
