Web pages that are supposed to contain emojis are blank. I can highlight where emojis are supposed to be shown but the actual images of the emojis aren't there. about:config font.name-list.emoji correctly contains "Apple Color Emoji" If it is relevant, this has been a bug/issue that has persisted for a couple of months now (can't name an exact date).

Firefox is stuck in a loop! After installing the 145 update, it just keeps asking me to sign into with my admin credentials to install "a new helper tool" over and over. After entering my password nothing happens and when I try to relaunch, the FF icon just bounces. ("Force Quit" shows that the application is not responding.) After multiple attempts, I rebooted my laptop, but it didn't help, as I still get the request for installing the helper too. I'm in the midst of multiple project deadlines and this is very frustrating! Thanks in advance for your help.

Chase stopped letting me sign into my account. They assert my laptop IOS browser is not supported. Chase wants me to download Firefox 128, but my “About Firefox” says my browser is up to date @ 115.30Oesr. I am afraid to download the version Chase is offering/demanding. So can you tell me if this is a legitimate app and why doesn’t Firefox offer it to me? My IOS is version 10.14.6

I have over 100 open tabs spread over 4 Mac desktops. I can no longer access ANY of them after upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26 and installing ESET Cyber Security Pro. I've used ESET with Firefox for many years without ANY problems. But now I have to choose between uninstalling ESET and being unprotected in order to use Firefox AT ALL. Every single webpage is blacked out with the message below. ESET support says that Firefox needs to issue an update to fix this problem.

Firefox told me to update Firefox. I had to get help from Apple support to do so. Now the new version takes forever to load anything. I can't read comments from other people on my Facebook posts. Amazon takes forever to show the products that I am looking for. I saved both versions of Firefox when I updated, so how do I find the previous version to use? It was much better on my computer.

I am using the Firefox browser on my iMac. Suddenly, I am not able to 'sign in' or access pages of common websites. I am getting blank pages or pages with the ever-circling ball when trying to access websites, like homedepot.com, shutterfly.com, etc. I can access them via safari.

I have gone through the Troubleshooting steps, have Uninstalled Firefox and Reinstalled, etc. What is happening with my browser?

Hi, I installed the latest iOS update yesterday and afterwards my firefox was mush. I tried reinstalling it already. The symptoms are as following: - can no longer use my 1password extension - YouTube and LinkedIn doesn't load at all anymore - For my agency tool Moco I can see most of the page but the menu is totally hidden to me...

The number they give is 1-877-xxx-xxxx. I cannot get this intruder to go away, even by restarting the computer.
