I am unable to login to a single microsoft service on firefox with my school account. It infinitely redirects to a different link and says "Sorry we're unable to sign you in" and I cannot even access the login page for microsoft office 365. I cleared all cookies and cache and even recreated my account 3 times and reinstalled fresh firefox 5 times. Nothing works.

The latest Firefox update has made it impossible for me to log into https://www.discover.com/ I consistently receive the following error message: "Your account cannot currently be accessed. For questions, please contact us at 1-800-347-7769. We're always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."

Pop up blocker in the address bar has been manually turned off and antivirus VPN has been manually turned off. Discover has told me the problem is with the browser not their website. I can access the account via one of the less secure browsers (edge) but am not comfortable with that company and would prefer this glitch being fixed if possible. Firefox info is version 128.0 and it automatically updated earlier this week. Thank you. Enjoy your weekend. Laurie

Try and share a page on twitter if you want to see it all. Never works.

Hello,

I have checked the box "Always ask you where to save files". It works well most of the time, however, I have faced a case in which it does not. Opening a link to a pdf file directly from google search results, somehow bypasses this option, and starts downloading the pdf automatically, and opens it after download finished. I believe you are aware how dangerous it is to open pdf files directly.

If there is a solution to this, I will be glad to hear from you, as it is very important issue. Thank you beforehand.

My Firefox browser recently automatically updated. Subsequent to the update, I could no longer upload photos and insert (in-line) them into the body of gmail emails. It would indicate that "There was an upload error" (see attached photo). The photos are all small JPGs about 300kb in size. This issue was not present in older versions of Firefox.

Troubleshooting and reading a bunch of articles indicated the problem was not with Google gmail, but instead a fault with the latest version of Firefox.

I then used both Microsoft Edge and Chrome browser, which allowed me to successfully insert inline photos, so it is clear the issues are with the latest version of Firefox.

Is there a work-around or patch I can download for Firefox to fix this, or, should I just quit using Firefox and instead use Micro-Edge or Chrome for emails?

Why I can't login to outlook.office.com (Microsoft 365) with passkeys when I use Firefox (newest 128) in Linux? It doesn't offer me to use passkeys to login when I go there.

I can login with passkeys in Firefox when I use Windows 11 or Google Chrome in Linux.

I have a persistent problem. On websites that require me to use Google Authenticator or a proprietary app (my bank), Firefox requires me to authenticate whenever I start a new session.

Both bank and other websites say I should only have to authenticate once on a new device.

I have no problem staying logged in to other websites so I don't think it's a cookie issue.

The problem appears to only be on my Windows PC, I'm not being asked to reauthenticate in FF on my android phone.

Everything is latest version, problem has bee around for many months.
