Thanks guys for screwing up my day with your latest update. I used to be able to download a .pdf and opening it in my ,pdf reader. I NEED to do this for tax reconciliation purposes. Now your crappy program has decided to open .pdfs in itself and I cant get a downloaded copy any more. What the hell was the programmer thinking? Yes I have gone to Applications and checked that it is set to my .pdf reader. Please fix this before I get fined by the tax office.

Please approve the update to Twitter X Ad Blocker. I've chatted with AldAstra Labs the creator and they have an update but are waiting on Firefox to approve it.

If you experience horizontal lines appearing when scrolling after installing firefox possible fix is finding layers.acceleration.force-enabled and set to true after going to about:config in your address bar search for this and set it to true. My real question I ask myself is, why isn't this enabled by default when installing firefox? I swear I remember doing this last Win 11 install as well. My third time installing windows unfortunately, just had a nvme ssd drive fail on me. 😭😢 Ofc, it had to be my Gen 4, C: drive with my old User account on there as well. :// Lesson learned, always backup important data frequently as desired. :( Oh well, just lost all my saved games and few songs, no big deal I guess.

No idea what the cause is but I cannot download ANYTHING on my browser for some reason. Pictures, documents, executables, browser extensions. Tried downloading documents from email attachment.. fail Tried downloading VLC... fail Tried every default recommended solution, clean install, you name it. Mind you all of these files downloaded just fine perfectly via Microsoft Edge.

Noticed another abnormality. Changed the download folder to a custom one. Download failed and DELETED the folder for some reason.

I am unable to view "Conversations" within the Yahoo Finance Stock Quote portal. This feature displays real time discussion of the security and has thousands of responses. Noticed this when using the Microsoft 365 browser that this is not a problem. My PC is a Dell with Windows 10.

Everytime I open Firefox a new window opens suggesting I add the AVG extention, when I do I get a notification that AVG does not support that extention for Firefox. Why is the nonsupported extention being recomened

Ridiculous with the new update page saying " A browser that's truly yours My Firefox: More Speed, More Security, More Fun." WHEN YOU CANNOT TURN OFF THE IDIOTIC popup spam for the updates NOT EVEN GOOGLE CHROME DOES THAT. And ridiculous it has to LOAD THE UPDATE after restarting the browser lag time and IDIOTIC BRIGHT SCREEN FLASHING even if you have darkmode on, JESUS CHRIST this browser seems ridiculous and FAR WORSE THAN THE OTHERS WHEN EVEN CHROME IS BETTER with these settings and not being pointlessly ridiculous rofl. I usually download and install manually the custom install of Firefox on Windows.

Recently, a new version was automatically installed without my permission and destroyed all my customization. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I had to restore the older version from backup and I was going to stop updating.

But I see that the manual custom installation is still available for download.

I want to make sure that if I use it it will not wipe out my customization again.

Please confirm.

Hey, i have been in some trouble because the last device i had with my firefox account logged in was my phone, and I recently broke it.

So now Im trying to log in with my google account but when i want to restore my session(take back my data like bookmarks and passwords, all the "sync" thing you know) into my computer he says that I need to enter a "master password" refering to that one password i created randomly in 2021, or else, use a key something that i couldve created(I didnt, cause i didnt know the existence of it) to re-enter my session without erasing all my data, because yes, if i forgot the password it says that if i restore it, the data will be erased And with my only logged in device now broken i cant regain access to my data, i have a lot of my passwords of pretty much all my gaming accounts there(and more), and if u wonder how did i got to enter the account without having the possibility of activating the "sync" thing, i just entered with my google account as I do always, but just because i dont remember my very old now password, i cant get back my passwords.

So thats my problem, i hope that my english was understandable, and if u can respond in spanish it would be even more helpful for me but if not, its fine.

When I use Yandex.com, search results appear for a fraction of a second and then page goes blank (please see screenshot).

It is not a Yandex thing, since I can access Yandex search in Chrome. Also, as you can see from my screenshot, although I use Adguard VPN it is disasbled for Yandex.

This is new behavior. I already tried clearing the cache

PS: There was an old locked thread reporting disappearing search results about three years ago but the person asking for help said if he hovered his cursor he could see links. Nothing happens when I hover the blank page. It appears to be genuinely blank. Thank you.

On my PC's Firefox wont connect to my work servers"DQS Worldwide". I have tried to connect to,"auditcenter.dqsus.com". The page times out and wont connect. It works with Opera and Yandex but not fire fox. I have tried to connect in Michigan,California and Europe. Can you fix this issue so that I can connect to "auditcenter.dqsus.com" and use Firefox. firefox has fully stoped working for me, i cant open even one tab a message appears that says' guh your tab has crashed' i cant do absolutely anything, please i need help

Firefox's DNS over HTTPS is preventing my access to 2 websites I've used for years for booking golf tee times. The 2 sites are www.roosterrun.com and www.windsorgolf.com. I want to remove this feature and return my PC to it's previous settings. Please help. John Blevins bold text

Hello, I am using Firefox for my company. We are using Quickbase system to access the data from internal server. Previously, I can allow Firefox to show the image that classified as unsecured context. I could see the setting option to allow unsecured pictures. But now I changed my account on my computer and when I use firefox, I can not see the image file from server and also I can not find how to allow unsecure picture. Is there way to set to allow unsecure stuff from Firefox? Please let me know.

It seems firefox has changed the behavior of tabs. When I go to open a closed tab, I see a list of all the tabs that have been closed from every window. I want to restore the previous behavior where "recently closed tabs" only shows the tabs that were closed in the current window. I saw some about:config settings, but I'm not sure what they do and I don't want to end up losing the tab history all together.
