Dont get email to reset mozilla passaword

Hi

I have been trying for a while now to reset my password to log in to Mozilla addon section, tried multiple time to reset the password by requesting it to be sent to my email address but it never comes through to my email.

i know it is the correct email because i receive the message : " Password Reset The password reset link was sent to your email address. "

Please do something about this. or tell me how to resolve this problem

Check the "Spam" folder . It may be there .
