Why can I no longer click on the zotero 'cite' button when searching for articles?
Hi there, I used to be able to save articles to my Zotero library when looking at an article using Ebscho host. I can no longer do this. How do I reference articles if the option to save to Zotero is gone from my browser?

Is the Zotero extension still enabled?
- Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
Ar other installed extensions still working properly?
You can try to uninstall and reinstall the Zotero extension.

Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created when required.
