I am attempting to change my password, the page views for a few seconds them goes blank

MntnMn1934

I am attempting to change my password on cookware.lecreuset.com. The "Change Password" screen displays for a couple of seconds, appears to change the site and it goes into perpetual connecting mode.

I have tired to allow access, I have attempted to allow several variations of the LeCrueset.com web site.

For all practical purposes I no longer can access this web site.

Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

This issue could be because a cache/coolie file is damaged or invalid.
If this is the problem, it can be repaired by clearing all of your Firefox cache and cookies.
To do this, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

You can find out more about clearing your cache and cookies it this Mozilla help article.

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
