When trying to visit the website ticketmaster I am unable to view the page, and the error - 403 Forbidden comes up, It also states - You don't have permission to access / on this server. How do I fix this so I can use the ticketmaster website? Thank you

I think this is a site issue (not ours), can you reproduce in other browsers?
Ni I have tried to open it through other browsers and I get the same.
Are you accessing this website via the main (home) page?
Clear the cache and the cookies from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

You can try to reset (power off/on) the router.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
