Mozilla Firefox never loads a web page! Tab stays on "Connecting..." always!!!! (15.0.1) HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I try to navigate and the page never loads and it just says "Connecting..." I already try the reset button but didn't work, uninstalled it, and everything but nothing seems to work!!! It is not my internet connection because google chrome works just fine but i want to use firefox! i have the version 15.0.1

hello angel.2212, please refer to Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can which covers the most common solutions for this problem.
