My Billpay site will not load on Mozilla but will load on IE. My credit union tells me it is because Mozilla has blocked this pop-up but even when add it as an exception, it will not load

When I am logged in to my credit union account, I need to link over to the Billpay site but it won't load - instead it says "your session has timed out". When I contacted the credit union about this they said it is because it comes across as a pop-up and firefox is blocking it. I have added the credit union website to the "exception" list but it still won't load
