When openning 2 brouser windows in Firefox, if a web site is tracking my brouser use, will they see all of my activity in both brouser windows?

I have reciently learned that when I am logged into Facebook, They track my brouser use when I explore other sites. I want to know, if I open FireFox in two separate windows, (IE. Face Book in one and other sites in the other window), will Face Book be able to track my usage in the second window?
