How do you get the Password pop-up back in 3.6.16

When you enter Username/Password details into a site the Remember Password pop-up appears at the top of the screen, if you click on the site without selecting one of the three options in the Remember Password pop-up it goes away.

Is there any way to get this pop-up to come back? (Without having to log out and then log in again)
