my Google Bookmarks says that my browser is offline and won't let me save the page but the Firefox booksmarks will let me save it.

My Firefox bookmarks will let me save the web page but Google bookmarks won't and tells me that my browser is offline and to check my browser and network settings. I also can't download you-tube videos like I used to. When I hover on the picture, the "download" box does not show up but it does give me the option to stop download. I just changed to Shaw internet.
