How do I allow only certain cookies?

I'm running Firefox 3.6.6. I want to block all cookies except ones that are marked as "Allow" in the exception list. I've selected "Keep until: they expire". My problem is this:

- If I check "Accept cookies from sites", all cookies are accepted. The "Allow" entries in the exception list are irrelevant. - If I uncheck "Accept cookies from sites", all cookies are blocked. Again, the "Allow" entries in the exception list seem to be irrelevant.

What do I need to do to block all cookies except the particular ones I want to allow? Thanks.
