</p><p>There are two possible causes. Either you are running a piece of monitoring software called Spector Pro on your computer, or you have a trojan (malware).
</p><p>Lets try the trojan first. Following the guidelines at <a href="https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+you+open+it#Backdoor_Ulrbot_C" rel="nofollow">https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+you+open+it#Backdoor_Ulrbot_C</a> I've identified a file in your Modules list, <strong>mp3otdde.dll</strong>, as a candidate for being the cause of this crash.

<ol><li>Search your computer for mp3otdde.dll
</li><li>Upload this file to <a href="http://virusscan.jotti.org/" rel="nofollow">http://virusscan.jotti.org/</a> - If it does identify it as a trojan (Backdoor.Ulrbot or similar):
</li><li>Boot into Windows Safe Mode (see above link for instructions)
</li><li>Locate and rename or delete mp3otdde.dll
</li><li>Boot back into normal Windows and try starting Firefox.
