I'm trying to set up a new account but you are asking for a password to webcity I haven't dealt with them for years

Start fresh with account setup:
Go to Account Settings (under the Thunderbird menu).
Remove any old or incorrect accounts that mention Webcity.
Set up your new email manually:
Go to Account Settings > Account Actions > Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, your current email address (from GoDaddy or Wix or wherever you are using email now), and also add the correct password for that email.
