When using chat software, there may be shortcut key conflicts, and the sidebar will still open when using shortcut keys even after being closed. 

In the settings, the AI robot is turned off, but when using shortcut keys, the options for the AI robot will still be turned on by itself and cannot be turned off.

What chat software? Firefox browser has it's own default "HotKeys" anything that uses that combo will activate Firefox is used on the browser. And fix the scrolling post it doesn't help users to read it correctly.
