I've been trying to watch live sports events on SECN+ through my Hulu subscription, but I'm encountering an error message stating, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I discovered that Firefox is blocking the stream, while it works perfectly on Chrome. With the college football season and other sports events approaching, I’m concerned that if this issue persists, I may have to stop using Firefox, which I've relied on for over two decades. Please help me fix this issue at your earliest convenience. Thanks.

Hi there, this issue should be fixed in version 129.0.1. that we released on Aug 13. Could you please update your Firefox to the latest version and let us know if the issue persists?

Thanks!

Hello.. I noticed I am having this problem too as I attempted to watch SEC+ sports network in anticipation of upcoming UF baseball games streamed there. This works on microsoft edge, but poorly. Kiki suggested this should be fixed in Firefox version 129.0.1 but I am "up to date" running version 135.0 and am having the exact same problem as described above, ie. "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I sure hope I don't have to use microsofts browser, as it spends more time buffering than presenting. Thanks..
