Data Recovery
I’ll start off by stating that I haven’t used Firefox in few months. However today I tried using Firefox again. However I was signed out of my account. I forgot my password and made a new one. For some reason it made a new account with my original and all data, history, and passwords are gone. And there important information is some data on that really need from my other or older account that I need. And I don’t know what kind of issue this is or how to fix. Is there a way I can fix this or is it too late?

how did you start the recovery process for your Mozilla account? by clicking forgot password? If you forgot your password, when you need to make a new one, all bookmarks, history, and passwords are gone, as the new password is a new key to your data. did you put in your email address you use for your Mozilla account?

I started the recovery process by clicking forgot password. And used the same email address. I didn’t have an account key set up. So I guess that means that I lost everything. Well it’s mistake I won’t make again. Thank you for the information you have been very helpful and informative.
