Disqus comments are blocked by Strict Tracking Protection. Your options are to:
1. Downgrade Tracking Protection to Standard. 2. Disable Tracking Protection for the site. 3. Create urlclassifier.trackingSkipURLs (String) with value breitbartproduction.disqus.com, disqus.com in about:config.
For anyone using this approach, you may now need to add this to your list:
