I am trying to log into my account so I can change by email address. Firefox is says they are emailing me a code but it never never get it

If sends the reset to the Primary login email that was registered for the Firefox account. So unless you changed your Primary email without updating in Firefox accounts there nothing Firefox forum can do to help here.
