I receive emails addressed to many different eddresses which have been sent to me via a remailer. The To: function still shows the original eddress. I want any emails originally addressed to two specific eddresses to be forwarded to another eddress, one that will be read on an iPad. Is this possible?

'Manually Run' means you select folder and you select to run the filter on selected folder.

It does no harm in selecting it.

If you currently have emails in eg: Inbox which you want to get forwarded to email address C Create the Message Filter and Also select the 'Manually Run' checkbox click on Ok

You may find it useful to enable the filter log

  • Click on 'Filter Log' button
  • Select checkbox: 'Enable the filter log'
  • click on 'close'
  • Then select filter name in list.
  • Run selected filters on : select the Inbox on account
  • click on 'Run Now'


then you can the Filter Log to see what occurred and also check ipad for emails.

create a Message Filter

Menu app icon > Tools > Message Filters Click on 'Add' Give filter suitable name - eg: fwd 4 ipad Select: Getting new mail - Filter before Junk Classification Select: 'Match any of following' set conditions: 'TO' 'contains' type email address A 'TO' 'contains' type email address B

Action: 'Forward Message TO' and type email address C Click on OK

Filters operate in the order listed. Move this filter to the top of list so it is the first filter acted upon. It ensures any other filter will not have an effect on those emails.
